EXHIBITOR MANUAL + GUIDE
This manual will guide you through the process of exhibiting at STYLEMAX. It outlines helpful hints about the Show and associated special events as well as useful information about theMART. Reference this page for promotional information and ways to maximize your exposure at the Show, operational recommendations for smooth move in, run of show and move out details, and frequently asked questions.

We've negotiated hotel discounts and secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Chicago affordable. .
PROMOTE YOUR BRAND
STYLEMAX is an appointment driven show. A buyer attendance list (upon request) can be provided allowing you to better promote your product and location prior to the show. Directory advertising, sponsorship opportunities and show floor display promotions are also available. The Sponsorship opportunities are endless!
DIRECTORY AD: Feature your advertisement in the STYLEMAX Show Directory that reaches all of our buyers. A Full-page color ad is only $300/page.
ACCESSORY DISPLAY CASES: Accessory exhibitors have the opportunity to show merchandise in a display case that is set up on the main aisle through out the entire market. $125 per case.
STYLEwatch: Join us in the STYLEMAX Café three days of the show for informal modeling during our complimentary Buyer lunch. This is the perfect “hands-on” experience to get your product in front of the Buyers. $200 for 3 days. One look per day.
SOCIAL MEDIA: The STYLEMAX Team maintains very active FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM pages. We encourage every Exhibitor to get involved. To be featured as a part of our Social Media Campaign for the next show send 3-4 professional product images (per brand) to Kelli at firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXHIBITOR BADGE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Registering for exhibitor badges is a simple process. Please follow the steps below before your arrival at the show. Be sure to type in all required fields, click accept & print your barcode (or bring it in on your phone) to present it at Exhibitor Registration on the 7th Floor.
