Returning Buyers will automatically receive an email before the Show with their actual badge. 

  1. Check your email for your badge - It will come from STYLEMAX. 
  2. Print your Badge.
  3. Your badge will be scanned on the Show Floor.
  4. Pick up a badge holder from the bins on the Show Floor. 
  5. Enjoy the Show! 

NEW BUYERS

NEW BUYER CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Admission Policy and Credential Requirements—TO THE APPAREL TRADE ONLY. STYLEMAX is not open to the general public. In an effort to provide a productive sales environment for exhibitors and buyers alike, we require EACH BUYER to provide the following credentials:

  • Photo Identification

NEW Buyers should pre-register to receive their badge at the Show. 

  1. Pre-register using the link. 
  2. Print your barcode or bring it in on your smartphone.
  3. Bring your barcode to registration on the 1st Floor to receive your Badge. 
  4. Your badge will be scanned on the Show Floor. 
  5. Enjoy the Show! 

 

One (1) of the following business identification:

  • Current Retail Business License
  • Store/Commercial Lease
  • Current Tax ID#

One (1) of the following employment identification:

  • Copy of Payroll Check/Stub
  • Personalized, Imprinted Business Card
  • Copy of W-2 Form
  • Company Credit Card With Employee and Store Name
  • Letter of Intent from an attorney or bank on official letterhead with the intent to start a new business OR signed lease (NEW Stores only).

NON-RETAIL/HOME-BASED BUSINESSES

Home-based businesses are required to present ALL of the following:

  • Photo ID
  • Personalized Business ID (business card or canceled payroll check
  • Current Retail Business License or current Resale Tax Certificate
  • Imprinted Business Check
  • Copies of current year invoices showing at least $2,000 in wholesale purchases of merchandise.

Registration requires retail businesses to provide photo ID, business cards and current retail business license for admittance. Each individual buyer must present credentials to qualify for admission.

All other employees are required to have a business card with their name, insurance card or copy of a payroll check. Call 312.527.7759 if you have any questions.

GUEST POLICY: Each registered store will be allowed one guest free of charge. There will be a $50 fee for each additional guest. Non apparel trade professionals are allowed on a case by case basis. There will be a $100 fee for non apparel trade professionals.
